Hi there, I'm Ellen!

My aim is to help you achieve a better life. Through proven techniques and support, I will help you make the changes that you'd like as quickly as possible. I have many years of experience, and have supervised and taught other therapists. A Master's Degree in Social Work and Counseling, two professional licenses, and ongoing education, give me the knowledge to effect change in many ways. My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress and anger management, couples therapy, depression and anxiety issues, and workplace balance and parenting issues. I've worked in corporations, private practice, and agencies such as Child Guidance Clinic. I am also a Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) and work with Military One Source helping military families.
