Hi there, I'm Sarah!

I love the “Aha!” moment in counseling when an individual comes to a new understanding or realization, and something comes into focus that can help improve their life. My approach to counseling generally emphasizes relationships and how your life experiences have contributed to how you interact with the world. I was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA, and attended California State University Bakersfield. I have been a licensed therapist since 2010.
