I assist people in connecting back their true essence of who they truly are at their core. I use a rational and heart-centered approach to support couples in expressing their feelings, feeling heard, seeing different viewpoints, and helping partners to get their needs met. Join me as I create a safe space for you to process your thoughts and feelings, allow you to identify relationship patterns, and support you in gaining awareness regarding the underlying communication patterns that may be holding you back in relationships. I help couples transform their communication, build greater emotional intimacy, and work through past resentment to assist couples in strengthening their foundation with one another and bringing new depth to their partnership. I have worked with clients on building their interpersonal and communication skills to have happier and healthier relationships with others at work and in the community. I am passionate about helping families improve their communication with one another. In addition, I provide personalized parent coaching and support (in particular, helping parents who have children with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD). I have a specialty in providing counseling and behavioral support to help parents who have children with behavioral difficulties. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I use a wide variety of interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based CBT, Non-Violent Communication, Hypnotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), and Brief Family Therapy.
