Hi there, I'm Sadiyyah!

Sadiyyah has been a therapist for over 15 years. She has dedicated her career to helping teenagers struggling with unhealthy interpersonal relationships, excessive worry/fear, low self-esteem, depressed mood, and intrusive thoughts; change their thinking and actively work towards solutions.She specializes in supporting dancers and student-athletes that are struggling with making their mental health a priority and continue doing what they love. As a former competitively trained dancer, Sadiyyah knows first hand the pressure of being an athlete and the impact of not prioritizing your mental health. Sadiyyah uses an integrative method to therapy which allows her to tailor sessions and use a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet a client’s personal needs. Working with Sadiyyah is never a one-size fit all.
