Hi there, I'm Elias!

Hello, my name is Elias Ellis. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. I received my Master of Social Work degree from California State University Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Social Work from Arkansas State University. I've had the privilege of working with multiple heroic individuals who have been overwhelmed by life's stressors (trauma, grief/loss, end-of-life conditions, conflicted relationships, and loss of employment); have forgotten who they really are, and are willing to cope with subsequent trauma responses. My specialty lies in the field of trauma, interpersonal conflicts, adolescent development, anxiety, and depression. I have been trained in the following modalities: Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Seeking Safety, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Physical Exercise No person is the same, therefore; I will draw upon the vast array of different psychotherapeutic modalities in which to assist each individual client with identifying the problem and recognizing how their thoughts/emotions impact their behavioral response.
