Hi there, I'm Betty!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Licensed in California and Nevada. I am a true warrior for people struggling with mental health challenges while traveling through the maze of life. I walk with clients on their journey to find and authentically be their true selves! I view challenges through the lens of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I specialize in assisting Clients in developing insight and awareness. I am experienced as a diverse, person-centered therapist. My professional background allows me to quickly connect with people regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, and culture. My goal is to collaborate with clients, provide insight, and challenge distorted thoughts that lead to negative, repetitive, and destructive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Are you ready?
