Hi there, I'm Priscilla!

Do you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders? Let me help you unpack so you can begin to focus on what's important and find meaning in life again. Depression, anxiety, and high-stress individuals are some of my favorite individuals to work with. I will help you recharge, prioritize responsibilities, improve productivity, and redefine yourself. My name is Priscilla Apodaca, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working in the mental health field for over 12 years. I graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and pursued a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a mother to two small children when I am not working. I have an easygoing approach to therapy and will go only as far as you take us. I am drawing on modalities such as Family Systems, Client-Centered Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I chose to become a mental health professional because life is anything but smooth sailing. People get stuck, overwhelmed, and burnt out. When it seems like the weight of the world is bearing down on you, just remember you're not alone; this is not how the story ends.
