Hi there, I'm Liisa!

I believe everyone deserves a safe place to share life’s challenges, and I enjoy working together with a client to sort out those challenges and achieve goals. Seeking growth through vulnerability and identifying strengths guides my practice. My approach to therapy is holistic, behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic, with a touch of humor and a lot of compassion thrown in. It is consistent with client-centered therapy while incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques. These evidence-based techniques have been shown to provide immediate relief from negative thought patterns.
