My focus
I have extensive experience working with diverse individuals struggling with low self-esteem, stress, loneliness, boundaries, communication, grief, and challenging life transitions. This often presents as anxiety or depression, which may interfere with daily functioning, relationships with others, and our outlook on life. I believe it is important to gently guide you through these transition periods and learn ways to strengthen your skills.
