My name is Jackie Agboke and I'm a LCSW who has been in the field for about 10 years. As a compassionate therapist who is committed to your healing process, I will support you in developing your authentic self by challenging beliefs that are holding you back and identifying ways to move forward.
My approach
I use an eclectic, client-centered approach in therapy. I am trauma-informed in my practice and use aspects of attachment theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My experience includes working with people who live with anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and interpersonal conflict.
