Hi there, I'm Ceccily!

Ceccily Bednash MA LMFT and Clinical Art Therapist has developed a holistic approach to healing. Her trauma-informed mind/body/spirit approach to mental health and wellness is driven by the philosophy that prevention and building resilience are just as important as treatment. Her humanistic approach allows for a compassionate and attuned relationship to develop naturally with her clients. Ceccily understands that everyone may need additional support at some point in their life and asking for help is the first step towards moving forward. Her grounded spirit and directive, solution-focused approach allow clients to feel safe and secure while exploring current challenges. Her creative approach to life as an artist and art therapist has allowed her to implement outside-of-the-box solutions when clients feel stuck or are unable to move forward using traditional methods of treatment. Ceccily has worked with adolescents, young adults, and older adults with severe mental illness, in a crisis intervention capacity, in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, and in an inpatient psychiatric hospital setting. She specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction recovery, young adult treatment, career exploration and development, stages of life changes, and grief and loss.
