Hello and welcome, My name is Lisa Barker, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 14 years of experience working with diverse populations. I am licensed in both California and Nevada. My therapy style is warm, engaging, and collaborative. I support my clients in feeling safe and comfortable so they may gain insight into the issues presented. I utilize a client-centered, solution-focused, strength-based approach to help overcome barriers related to life stressors to improve overall well-being. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I am certified in Trauma Focused CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing by the EMDR Institute and trained In Brain Spotting.
