Hi there, I'm Carole!

Do you often ask yourself, is this the best life has to offer? Maybe you’re feeling anxious, depressed, or coping with an addiction. Perhaps you are quick tempered or irritable at work or home. Are you feeling as if you’re losing your teen or are you struggling to connect with your aging parents? Could it be the sense of safety and love you once felt for your partner is no longer there? Or maybe you’re not sure what’s wrong – you’re just sick of feeling tired and empty all the time. I'm Carole. Let us work together to find the answers to these and many other questions that may have caused you to lose hope. Together, we can examine the relationship between your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. We can gain insight into your aspirations, help you heal from past or current trauma, and begin building lasting and meaningful relationships. I collaborate with individuals, children, teenagers, and families, helping them find or regain the joy that is absent in life. In our time together we will address the issues that brought you to counseling, adopting a curious and positive approach that focuses on the possibilities you truly envision for your life. My warm and empathetic approach will guide our therapeutic connection and provide you the space and safety to express your true thoughts and feelings, without judgement.
