Hi there, I'm Jeremy!

Through the trials and tribulations in my life and past barriers that led me to a negative place, I chose to be part of the change for others and became a licensed therapist. I am passionate about helping others identify their strengths to work through mental health concerns. I work as a team with you and meet you where you are. I focus on self-esteem and strength and a person-centered approach. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to recognize how thoughts form core beliefs that impede emotional and mental health growth. I have a substance abuse and addiction background and have helped many men and women learn more about domestic violence and abuse to empower change. I focus on building confidence through coaching and teaching that will enhance self-understanding and a positive outlook through compassion to develop skills and tools to be able to see others as the resilient individuals they are.
