I have a background in education, And I hope you'll view me as a trusted teacher who can help you gain self-awareness . I will tell her therapy to your individual needs, aligned with your story, life experience, and personal growth process. I'll help you identify your thinking patterns and change damaging core beliefs that may be sabotaging how you operate in the world . I often integrate humor in sessions, as it can assist in reframing situations and exploring new perspectives . I have a master's degree in mental health counseling and over 7 years experience in community mental health after many years of working in education . I have assisted individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, gender identity issues, grief and loss, family conflict, trauma, addictions, academic problems , bipolar disorder and relationship difficulties.
