Choosing a mental health provider is a delicate process. Your mental health is all about you, and you should have the opportunity to seek a mental health professional that suits your needs. Where you desire to go emotionally is what is most important to me as a clinician. Processing life transitions, couples seeking to strengthen their communication, processing a new medical diagnosis, and individuals seeking to process their thoughts and feelings that have become barriers to your best self is what I specialize in. I have over 10 years of experience working with ages 13 and above. I look forward to supporting you on your emotional journey.
