Hi there, I'm Tracy!

Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who offers non-judgmental, compassionate, and safe counseling to adolescents and adults. I know it is hard to decide to seek out counseling, so I am sensitive to the difficulty it is opening up to someone new. While working with individuals facing various challenges like anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, I specialize in assisting individuals dealing with life changes, grief and loss, career changes, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and understanding the wide range of emotions facing infertility and adoption. I aim to be an interactive, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, my goal is to work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. I do my best to be a lifelong and continual learner. I am highly LGBTQ+ friendly!
