Hi there, I'm Gabriela!

My name is Gabriela Sanchez, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 6 years of outpatient experience treating various mental health concerns and needs. I provide short-term intensive psychotherapy for adults to help them navigate a range of emotional, behavioral, and social difficulties. My therapeutic approaches are adapted to meet the unique and diverse needs of my clients to ensure positive outcomes from treatment. I am currently accepting teletherapy clients, and I provide services in both English and Spanish.
