Hi there, I'm Gary!

I have more than 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and children, and I sincerely appreciate each client’s journey. My interest lies in anxiety, depression, family trauma, grief, loss, and issues related to aging, parenting, and life transitions. I take an interactive approach characterized by warmth, humor, and straightforward communication. I am committed to providing a supportive and safe environment for expression. Each person deserves peace of mind, a sense of fulfillment, and healthy emotional well-being. Therapy should be a place to be heard and a chance to address life’s challenges, identify strengths, and empower one’s inner resources. I find that collaborating in the healing and growth of others is the most rewarding component of this process. I draw upon my experiences as a writer, drummer, and father with a culturally diverse family background in my work.
