Lynda has worked with individuals, couples and families to gain insight and understanding regarding unhealthy/dysfunctional behavioral life patterns. Helping her clients overcome challenges with managing their spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and financial well-being. Lynda is specialized in assisting individuals, couples & families with preventive, motivational & management strategies to help establish/maintain healthy and fulfilling lifestyles.
