Hi there, I'm Hilda!

Being ready to get professional help is a sign of self awareness, readiness for self growth, personal freedom and feeling more in control. Finding the right therapist is essential in building rapport, trust, and open communication. I work together with my clients to explore dynamics related to life transitions, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, worries, health problems, financial anxieties, and sudden changes in life. I use a combination of techniques including psycho-dynamic, behavioral and cognitive theories, solution focused models, short term therapy and mindfulness interventions to fit each individual client's needs. Presently I have two openings to accept men who are interested in short term therapy.
