Hi there, I'm Jeffrey!

My primary concern is your well-being and recovery from suffering and emotional and mental pain. The therapeutic relationship we develop begins with understanding where you are and what you want or need at this moment of your life. I focus on helping you feel seen and heard using compassion and empathic resonance to support feelings and emotions. Together we create a safe space for your whole person to begin the process of healing. I help facilitate your recovery by providing specific somatic, cognitive, or mindfully based therapeutic tools that strengthen your ability to change and maintain the desired outcomes. With 20 years of integrative service, research, and practice combining humanistic, cognitive, emotional, and mindfulness-based modalities, our work together has the potential to bring about new, positive, and everlasting changes. Our work allows you to improve your life and well-being and develop a stronger sense of connectedness with yourself, your family, or your career environments, resulting in authentic joy, contentment, and serenity.
