I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting all of my clients through life challenges in order to experience healing and growth in their lives. I specialize in helping clients address their trauma, depression, and anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions.
My approach
My approach is client-centered while utilizing evidence-based practices to empower clients to find their voice and recognize their resiliency. I meet my clients with empathy and open-mindness.
My focus
I work with children, adolescents, and adults.
My communication style
I create a safe and non-judgmental space/environment. I am a bilingual speaker and can fluently speak English and Spanish.
My journey to therapy
My passion for helping others who struggle with life transitions, trauma, and mental health led me to become a therapist. During my undergrad education, I had the privilege to work with children, youth, and foster parents. It is where I recognized the need for having a supportive person to help teach coping skills and validate life's challenging experiences.

I closely work with all my clients to create/identify their own goals they want to achieve and focus on.

During first session, I like to provide space for clients to share what brings them to therapy and get to know them.
