Hi there, I'm Lauren!

Hello and welcome! My name is Lauren Sherwin, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). We all have challenges in life and need a helping hand at times. My goal is to help you achieve your goals! Throughout my career, I've worked with a wide array of populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. My specialties include anger management, family conflict, depression, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, school issues, relationship issues, and self-esteem. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Problem-Solving, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques, Forgiveness, and Motivational Interviewing to collaborate and address your concerns.
