Hi there, I'm Rahma!

Every human being has the core needs to be seen, loved, and cared for. I believe that such a need is as essential as breathing to every living being. I work with my clients to be empowered to feel worthy and have the confidence and control to create any desired change. I have been a practitioner for 10 years and have worked with clients to give clients the necessary tools to achieve their goals. I truly believe that scars are where the light enters, and facing mental health is the first step to seeing and living in that light. Do you suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-identity issues? I work with clients to gain the knowledge to gain self-confidence to tackle any obstacle they face in bettering their lives. I am trained in different modalities to assist clients in enhancing their mental health. I use an integrative treatment approach that is geared toward each client's interests and well-being. I empower my clients to be active participants in their own journeys. I use different modalities to assist clients in creating the change they desire. I believe that clients are the vocal point in their care. I believe in relationship-building and cultivating mindfulness. As your therapist, I will create a supportive, welcoming environment that feels safe.
