I'm a clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting all of my clients through challenges to experience healing and growth in their lives.
My approach
My approach is client-centered. I will meet you with empathy, open-mindedness, and unconditional positive regard. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to identify treatment priorities and create a treatment plan to ensure a beneficial and rewarding experience.
My focus
I have a special interest in supporting clients experiencing life challenges. I am also a culturally competent therapist and have specific experience working with trauma and grief.
My communication style
I'm an active listener who listens without judgment. I will give you space to share your experiences and perspectives while working to understand your concerns and help you clarify issues.
My journey to therapy
I became a therapist to help adults through life transitions, based on my own experience. I completed my Master's in Social Work at Cal State Long Beach University.

I'm here to help you make attainable progress towards your goals and gain skills to manage day-to-day challenges in your life.
My first session with you
Our first session together is a chance for us to get to know each other. It's a space for you to share why you are seeking treatment and for us to begin creating a plan to help you reach your goals.
