Hi there, I'm Meredith!

I am an experienced, grounded, and passionate licensed clinical psychologist specializing in chemical dependency, addictive behaviors and compulsions, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, depression, grief and loss, chronic pain, end-of-life care, mental health impacted by the onset of medical conditions, and culturally-informed practice. Just because we are experiencing pain doesn't mean we have to experience suffering as a result. That is my philosophy. All things are possible when we ask for help.
