Hi there, I'm Jazmine!

Hello, my name is Jazmine Arista. I am a Spanish Speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 6 years of experience. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can work together to make the changes you want to see. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression and coping with an array of life stressors stemming from work, family, relationships, and many others. Together, we will work to develop goals for your treatment. Treatment methods I use include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness, to name a few. I use my experience to create an individualized approach for each person to reach individual goals. I believe in every person's innate power and strength for change and would love to be part of your journey.
