Hi there, I'm Pascale!

You have been thinking about this for a while, but keep putting it off. To talk to someone about what is holding you back, what keeps you stuck, and what has prevented you from being happy with yourself and your life. You are now ready to take this courageous step. You are seeking someone who will not judge you, but who will actively listen to what you have to say. Someone who will make you feel comfortable and safe to address the symptoms that bring you to therapy, whether it be depression, anxiety, grief, or unresolved trauma. As a person-centered therapist, I meet you where you are at, and I believe that no matter how difficult things seem, you can find solutions. In the end, I believe that no technique can replace a therapist's rapport and trust with his/her/their client. Having changed careers mid-life, earning a school counseling credential, obtaining licensure as a therapist, teaching in a graduate program, and having worked with children, adolescents, and adults, I possess extensive life experience. Besides having a solid understanding of most evidence-based interventions, which are methods of treatment that have been proven to be effective, I also have extensive experience in narrative therapy and approaches to mental illness and substance abuse.
