Hi there, I'm Yolanda!

My name is Yolanda Barchus, I am a licensed clinical therapist with over 10 years of experience in working with clients both online and in various settings. I am happy that you reached out for support and l look forward to teaming up with you to explore and guide you in achieving your expressed expectations in therapy.

My approach

While I do use a variety of therapy modalities; I primarily utilize CBT, Strength-based and Solution-focused therapy to support clients' treatment needs. My creativity, honesty, curiosity, and humor create a safe environment for clients to share, explore and find healing.

My focus

Areas of experience include stress management, setting boundaries, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, career difficulties, and life transitions.
