Matt Litton is a licensed clinical social worker with over 17 years of experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy. He has extensive training in therapies to address depression, trauma, anxiety, substance abuse, and adjustment to life stressors. Matt can help if you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed by your experiences and you aren't sure how to move forward. Judgment creates a harsh and hostile inner experience, fear paralyzes us in place, and control can only go so far. Learn to understand better and break free from underlying dynamics that are enacting struggle and suffering.
