Hi there, I'm Kalisha!

No man is impervious to adversity and life circumstances sometimes catapult us into crisis mode, disrupting our equilibrium. Hence, there comes a point in time, in the journey of every human, where help is absolutely essential. For you, that time is now, and you have already taken the first step towards seeking additional support. I invite you to come into a safe, therapeutic environment, to process your thoughts and feelings. I find value in using engagement techniques to build rapport with clients, so that I can truly understand their culture and background. I am eclectic in approach and I use a range of treatment modalities. My purpose is to provide insight and support, as I guide clients to discover the greatness that already lies inside of them. I look forward to journeying with you, as you commit to bettering yourself, your family, and society at large.
