Hi there, I'm Ana!

My name is Ana An, and I am a bilingual, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion and commitment to serving and helping others achieve their recovery goals. My goal is to create a safe setting where you feel comfortable talking about your feelings, emotions, and traumatic experiences. With over 10 years of experience supporting and providing psychotherapy to individuals, children, and families. I have helped individuals overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adjusting to family changes, and substance abuse. I have worked with survivors and victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and rape. These events can be difficult to talk about and heal; my goal is to meet you where you are and help you overcome these traumatic events by providing you with tools you can utilize when necessary. I have experience in the following modalities: Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Psychodynamics, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
