My therapeutic style is warm, nonjudgmental, and friendly. I create a safe space for you to explore challenging issues/events, and my clinical approaches – Gestalt, Cognitive Behavior, Solution focused, and Mindfulness therapy will support our work together. I tailor my approach to therapy based on the unique needs of each person or couple.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Science (MS) degree in 2017. This education has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to effectively support my clients on their mental health journeys.
