My approach
My therapeutic style is warm, nonjudgmental, and friendly. I create a safe space for you to explore challenging issues/events, and my clinical approaches – Gestalt, Cognitive Behavior, Solution focused, and Mindfulness therapy will support our work together. I tailor my approach to therapy based on the unique needs of each person or couple.

I am willing to see individuals and couples. My specialties include aging, anger management, anxiety, career counseling, codependency, coping skills, cultural stress, depression, divorce, family conflict, gender identity, grief, impulsivity, job stress, LGBTQIA+ issues, life coaching, life transitions, marital/pre-marital concerns, peer relationships, relationship issues, self-esteem, spirituality, stress, transgender issues, women's issues, and parenting.

With a customized plan, we can begin the healing process, bringing clarity and relief at a time when it is needed most. Our work will help you find the way back to your authentic self by creating lasting changes within your life, so expect me to challenge you to look beyond the surface continually and deeper into the underlying issues.
My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Science (MS) degree in 2017. This education has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to effectively support my clients on their mental health journeys.
