Hi there, I'm Christina!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I enjoy working with children and adults of all ages to help them achieve their therapy goals, and ultimately to lead happier and healthier lives. My experience includes treatment of depression and anxiety, child/adolescent issues, issues around faith/spirituality, and cognitive behavioral therapy for trauma. Additionally, I have worked extensively in a medical environment assisting patients to cope with major medical diagnoses and/or chronic disease management. I truly enjoy helping people make positive lifestyle changes to improve both their physical and mental health.
