Hi there, I'm Elizabeth!

Hello and Bienvenidos! My name is Liz. I am a first-generation Latina who grew up in the greater Los Angeles area. As a child of immigrant parents, I experienced growing up in a bicultural environment. My experiences and observations inspired me to enter the field of social work. I have over 15 years of experience in social work and specialize in working with marginalized populations. As a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to guide my practice and focus on anxiety, depression, and stress. I am passionate about supporting young adults, as transitioning into adulthood can be overwhelming. It is always okay to ask for help! My goal is to help you feel better and provide support.
