Deciding to seek therapy takes courage and is not always easy, but sometimes we all need a little help and objective guidance with what life is handing us. Do you feel overwhelmed at times? Are you having trouble focusing or finding balance in your life? Are Anxiety or Depression affecting you? If you’re in need of support and looking to make some sense of these trying times, then please reach out. I have worked with individuals and families suffering from a variety of life stressors and symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. While I am trained in CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy, I have a rich clinical knowledge base. My promise is always to listen deeply so I can tailor the therapy experience to you.
