I am a Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy with nearly 17 years of experience in human services and 15 years in mental health care. My foundation in multicultural studies and my past experience as a domestic violence legal advocate inform my current approach to clinical practice. I have worked with a wide range of individuals from all walks of life. I have also treated a wide range of clinical problems that keep people stuck. I have worked with men, women, and children who have survived traumatic experiences, along with couple and family relational problems, the transient population, and those with chronic medical problems. With my training and experience, I am very committed to helping individuals, couples, and families live their best life now!

Approaches are not limited to Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other Trauma-Informed Approaches.
