Hi! I'm Oludara Adeeyo and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and more. Additionally, I specialize in helping BIPOC, especially Black women, manage racism-related stress and intergenerational trauma.

As a therapist, I strive to provide a peaceful space that allows others to feel validated and encouraged to continue prioritizing their mental health. My therapeutic approach mainly includes gently guiding you through processing your current emotions, managing your current problems, and working towards your desired goals.

I primarily treat working adults who are struggling with mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions.

My communication style is gentle and straightforward. Working with me will feel like getting support from a loving big sister.
My journey to therapy
Before becoming a social worker, I spent 7-plus years in the journalism industry. Burnout from my career, I decided to pursue a second career that focused on helping others. I am passionate about helping people improve their overall wellness because I am first-hand see how not maintaining your mental health can impact parts of your life, such as your mental health. I want to help people obtain emotional freedom and increase their self-love, so they can thrive in this world.
