Seeking out help can be trying, but I am here to help with guidance and support. My name is Erica Cuyong a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
My approach
I use a variety of approaches and techniques including mindfulness, attachment, CBT and solution-focused. Each person is unique and each session is tailored to fit your individual needs and goals.
My focus
I work compassionately with adolescents to help them cope with difficulties including, social issues, peer relationships, and low self-esteem. I work with parents seeking additional strategies for their children's behavioral issues. Additionally, women who are seeking support to increase life satisfaction. I truly enjoy working with adolescent and their families to create change through communication.

We all experience changes in life but therapy is an opportunity to provide a new perspective, explore yourself, and gain insight. We can work together to find the solutions that lead you to a more balanced, fulfilled life.

I am a natural helper. Being a therapist helps me a better person, I gain insight into myself and learn so much while supporting others.
