Hi there, I'm Kimberly!

Kimberly Weimer, LCSW, CHt, has been helping people for over 20 years with 15 years experience doing therapy. Her mission is to assist people find lasting healing by giving them the tools they need to grow and sustain the life they want. She has extensive experience in many forms of therapy (DBT, ACT, CBT, MCBT, ERP, Polyvegal Theory, Certified Yoga Instructor) allowing her to meet her clients where they are at, believing that each person is an individual and deserves to be treated as such. She has extensive experience in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), the Gold Standard of treatment for OCD and all other anxiety disorders. She also has extensive training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT) which is helpful for all aspects of life and mental health concerns. Most recently she has been doing a lot of coaching work combining MCBT with Hypnotherapy and has seen clients make huge strides towards changing old beliefs and patterns and propelling towards their goals.
