Hi, and welcome to my profile. I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist passionate about working with issues that impact your Mind, Body, and Spirit Health. I specialize in depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, toxic shame, and chronic low self-esteem.

My approach

As I view you as the expert on and author of your life, I empower you to take full ownership of it and to design it according to your liking. Collaboratively, I work with you to identify the challenges that are preventing you from living your best life possible. Together, we devise a uniquely customized plan for overcoming your obstacles.

My journey to mental healthcare

I completed my clinical hours for licensure between April 1994 and March 2000 at Steps To Freedom Counseling and Learning Center in Long Beach, CA and College Hospital in Cerritos, CA.
