Telehealth: I have 20+ years of experience in the mental health field treating a variety of disorders, ie. depression, anxiety, grief, and other disorders. I a warm, compassionate clinician who provides a variety of practical evidence based therapy, example CBT, narrative therapy, guided imagery, Erickson, solution focused, etc. I provide mental health treatment for individuals, couples, and specialize in helping the geriatric population's mental health needs.
