Hi there, I'm Tiana!

I have a heart for people. Humankind is a varying species, we all had different goals, values, and lived experiences, and bear different scars, however, we all deserve to be well supported and to feel cared for. During the journey of life, there may be times when we feel overwhelmed or unsure of what to do next. The complexities of life can cloud our sight making our journey seem very scary, unclear, and at times utterly impossible. I enjoy being a fellow traveler with individuals who are interested in examining their current positions in life and who have the desire to explore ways to enhance their quality of life. I am a client-centered therapist, with a gentle touch and direct approach in sessions. Common areas of focus in my sessions include trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, LGBTQI concerns, substance use concerns, and Interpersonal conflicts. I offer individual therapy for those in need of support while working towards their goals.
