Hi there, I'm Holly!

Major life changes can be difficult to navigate. Sometimes, seeing the good in any given situation, nearly impossible. What if a shift in perspective is all that is needed, what if you actually need more? Let’s talk and find out! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree from Sac State University, I understand major life changes and the effects they can have on our thoughts, our emotions, our behaviors, our physical, mental and spiritual health and wellness. As a human being, I understand trauma, feeling alone, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. My own personal life experiences and education have guided me to also understand the healing process, personal growth, the importance of building self-worth, improving communication with ourselves and others, setting personal goals and working towards their accomplishment. Using a multidimensional approach to therapy, let’s explore your psychological, social and spiritual needs. You don’t have to do this alone; I’m willing to listen and offer my assistance.
