Hi there, I'm Jay!

My name is Jay (they/them), and I am a trauma psychotherapist focusing on issues including eating disorders, severe emotion dysregulation problems, self-harm, chronic suicidality, sexual assault, military sexual assault, personality disorders, severe anxiety/mood disorders, substance use disorders, and PTSD. I practice using evidence-based treatment modalities including family systems, DBT, EFT, and feministic and trauma models. I have been involved in research focusing on sexual assault and trauma in BIPOC (Biracial, Indigenous, People of Color) populations.
