Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been in the Mental Health field for over ten years. I have worked in various settings such as schools, non-profit mental health agencies, psychiatric hospitals, and private practice. I have assisted children, teens, and adults through individual and group therapy, acute crisis treatment, family preservation counseling, domestic violence case management, and support groups. I like to work as a team with my clients where we can have difficult conversations, work on resolving issues, and collaborate on treatment plans that are tailored to their personal needs and experiences. My passion is to provide support and encouragement to empower individuals to gain strength, confidence, hope, self-love, and a sense of control over their lives. The most critical component of therapy is for a client to feel comfortable and safe to share without judgment from a warm, genuine, and understanding therapist.
