Hi there, I'm Sabrina!

Hello! My name is Sabrina and I am an LCSW specializing in individual therapy. I often work with adult women, LGBTQIA, men, and minors. I try to use an eclectic approach to therapy and often use many modalities such as motivational interviewing, strengths based, solution focused, and CBT to name a few. My focus is you, and meeting you where you are in life! I will do all I can to provide a safe and supportive space to make you feel as comfortable as possible; as therapy isn't always easy but with me, we will make it so!
