Hi there, I'm Meredith!

My approach to counseling is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and overcome obstacles in order to heal, grow, and reach their full potential. I specialize in working with clients with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, difficulties coping with stress and anger, and issues with self-esteem. With patience and understanding, I’ll assist you in finding solutions and building strength, resiliency, and confidence. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will set meaningful goals based on what you want to change or improve about yourself, your life, or your relationships. Reaching out for help shows great strength and courage. As your therapist, I will work with you to develop a deeper sense of self-understanding and help you learn strategies and skills to successfully navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I have specialized training and experience working with anxiety and depression, LGBTQ and military populations, and utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-based interventions.
