Navigating life's challenges can be daunting at times, but reaching out for help is the first step to getting closer to living a more fulfilling life. No matter the season of life you are in, I am here to help you by meeting you where you are. I have expertise in working with adolescents, families, and parents. I also have extensive experience working with individuals of all ages and family members of individuals that are struggling with addiction.
My approach
I draw from a psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT approach. I believe that past experiences and traumas dating back to childhood strongly influence the way we feel about ourselves and others. I will prompt you to explore your past and dive into subconscious behaviors that may be on repeat in your life. When working with families, I draw from a family systems approach that is unique to each family's needs. I also firmly believe that our thoughts drive our behaviors therefore, we take a deep dive into our thoughts and feelings as we explore behaviors of concern in session together.
